Facility

We take great pride in our clean and warm environment. Come five minutes early to your appointment and enjoy our massage chairs. We use state of the art sterilization procedures to ensure patient safety. In addition to our comprehensive dental care, you will be treated in an ultra-modern dental office utilizing many of today's latest dental technologies. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

Insurance

We are a participating provider for Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Concordia.

As a courtesy, we will electronically file all insurance claims. Your insurance reimbursement monies will be sent directly to you at your current residence.

Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We also offer 3rd party no interest financing plans to qualifying patients.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
